MAKE A CLAIM IN THE HILLS PET FOOD CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!!
For all Persons who purchased Hill’s Prescription Diet or Hill’s Science Diet canned dog foods between September 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019:
You may be eligible for compensation.
A Settlement has been approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in a certified class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased certain Hill’s products that allegedly contained excessively high levels of vitamin D.
If you purchased one of the Products listed in the Notice in Canada between September 1, 2018, to May 31, 2019, you could be eligible to make a claim for compensation.
All claim forms must be submitted before March 26, 2024. If you do not make a claim by March 26, 2024, you will not be eligible for any compensation as part of this Action.
The online claim form is available here. You can also request a copy of the claim form to be mailed to you by contacting the Settlement Administrator by phone (833) 512-2301 or by mail at Lindhout v. Hill’s Pet Nutrition c/o Kroll Settlement Administration PO Box 5324 New York, NY 10150-5324.
If you do not wish to participate in the class action and Settlement, you must remove yourself by completing an Opt-Out Request and send it to the Settlement Administrator, no later than the Opt-Out Deadline November 20, 2023.
After Your registration has successfully been submitted for the Lindhout et al. v. Hill’s Pet Nutrition Inc. et al. Settlement: Please note you have not filed a Claim Form.
